MCU Storm Concept Art (Final Assignment)

My idea for my final project was to try and redesign an existing X-Men member in the style of the MCU.
I was initially going to pick Wolverine as my subject, but since I had already designed him before, I figured I’d try my shot at someone else and challenge myself. Maybe someone with a different cultural background, or one with a non-human design. Something new from what I usually do.

Also because my teacher said “no Wolverine”, so.
The X-Men & mutants exist in an interesting spot; most characters are household names by this point (Wolverine, Deadpool. Maybe just those two).
I wanted to use this opportunity to shine a spotlight on the lesser known or even more obscure mutants, in hopes to reach general audiences the same way The Avengers leapt from being unknowns to household names.

While she's a big name to X-Men fans, Storm hasn't had a proper live action adaptation of her costume and I wanted to highlight that with my assignment. Storm, just like every superhero, has worn many costumes over the years. Some reflecting different eras of her life, some reflecting different roles, and some just evolving with the times.

First debuting in Giant Size X-Men (1975) alongside her first appearance,Ororo Munroe, or as we know her, Storm. She was introduced with a striking and unique design; stark white hair, signature headpiece and sleek black costume.
This outfit lent her an air of authority, and was during the time where she was getting acclimated with the world outside of Kenya. In Kenya, she was treated as a goddess by her people. Her costume also carried a red jewel given by her mother.
